The following conditions apply to deliveries within Switzerland. Before the order is completed, checkout shows the binding options available for the specific cart.

Shipping costs

• Shipping within Switzerland: CHF 9.00
• Free delivery: from CHF 50.00 goods value

Thresholds refer to the value of the goods after discounts and vouchers, excluding shipping costs and surcharges.

Delivery

Depending on the warehouse and availability, we ship with Swiss Post, Planzer or another logistics partner specified during ordering. Transit times are non-binding estimates and start once payment is received or authorised. A tracking number generated on the dispatch date does not necessarily mean the carrier has already scanned the parcel.

Delivery address and redelivery

Please provide a complete, accessible delivery address. Additional costs caused by incorrect details, failure to collect a parcel or customer-requested redelivery may be charged.
