Compact size
The Performance Compact coffee machine fits any kitchen worktop with a footprint of just 20 x 22 cm. It is ideal for a smaller student kitchen, holiday home, anyone who wants more worktop space or anyone seeking a smaller coffee machine.

Unique pump technology
Fresh water is one of the most important ingredients in good coffee. Wilfa’s unique water pump technology completely empties Performance Compact of water after every brew, so you can prepare the next carafe with fresh water.

Other coffee machines retain water in the system after brewing, which can affect the flavour of the next brew.

Removable water tank
The practical, removable 1-litre water tank makes filling easy without spills and keeps the water you use clean at all times.

It can be tempting to fill the tank using the coffee carafe, but coffee residues can give the next brew an unpleasant taste. Over time, using the carafe to add water transfers the flavour of old coffee to the machine. Coffee oils remain in the carafe, and these microscopic residues are carried into the machine when you use it to fill the tank.

Perfect brewing temperature
Performance Compact has an advanced brewing system that delivers water at the ideal extraction temperature throughout brewing. It maintains 92-96 degrees from the first drop to the last for an unforgettable flavour experience.

The right coffee-to-water ratio
Use the measuring guides on the water tank to achieve the optimal coffee-to-water ratio with every brew.

Automatic drip stop
Performance Compact features an automatic drip stop to prevent spills. This mechanism stops coffee dripping when you remove the carafe of freshly brewed coffee.

Hotplate with automatic stop
The brewer has a hotplate to keep coffee warm after brewing. It switches off automatically after 40 minutes for safety.

We recommend brewing coffee more often rather than keeping it for a long time, for the best possible flavour.

Unique shower head
The unique shower head distributes water evenly through the coffee during brewing, bringing out all its wonderful aromas.

Cleaning indicator
The start button also indicates when the filter funnel needs cleaning. A pulsing light signals that you should clean the funnel.

Approved by Norwegian Coffee Information
Its performance is approved by Norwegian Coffee Information / European Coffee Brewing Center (ECBC), which sets requirements including water temperature and contact time. To extract maximum flavour and aroma, the machine must operate at the right temperature from the start and throughout brewing. Water must also take neither too little nor too much time to pass through the ground coffee. Even small deviations can produce sour or bitter coffee.
