The stainless steel filter is designed for use without paper filters. This retains the flavourful oils from the coffee beans without producing waste during use.
5 steps to a Nordic cup of coffee
TIP: The complete pouring process should take approximately 3 minutes. Adjust the grind to correct differences in timing. A finer grind slows the flow and can give the coffee an unpleasant taste.

5 steps to a Nordic cup of coffee
- Place Wilfa Bloom over your favourite cup and add 15 grams of ground coffee.
- Boil water and let it cool to 92-96 degrees.
- Wet the coffee with approximately 50 ml of water and leave it to bloom for approximately 30 seconds.
- Pour approximately 100 ml of water over the coffee in circular movements.
- Add the remaining 100 ml as the water is drawn through the filter.
- Dimensions: 12.5cm x 9cm x 10.1cm (W x H x D)
