Milk foam in seconds - hot or cold
The XL800 induction milk frother has eight automatic programmes for hot and cold coffee specialities, milk drinks and hot chocolate. Its extra-large stainless steel jug easily prepares 500-600 ml of milk foam or up to 500 ml of hot chocolate.
Achieve your desired foam consistency with whole milk, UHT milk of different fat contents or plant-based milk.

Magnetic whisk
Milk is frothed in the 360-degree rotating stainless steel jug by a magnetic whisk that needs no guide shaft or retaining insert. Simply drop the whisk into the jug before or after adding milk and, if desired, chocolate. It centres itself at the base and starts turning when you select a programme.
The magnetic whisk conveniently stays attached to the jug when pouring and can be easily removed with an ordinary stainless steel spoon.

Mode 1 - coffee with milk mode
In coffee with milk mode, Cloer XL800 produces plenty of hot milk with a little less foam.

Mode 2 - cappuccino
Prepare evenly fine-textured milk foam for a delicious cappuccino.

Mode 3 - latte macchiato / cappuccino plus
Latte macchiato lovers are well catered for: the Cloer XL800’s third foam programme prepares plenty of firm foam for a large latte macchiato.

Chocolate mode
Prepare up to 500ml of hot chocolate using 450ml of milk and chocolate pieces. The whisk and induction system prevent burning at the base and dissolve the chocolate evenly. The drink is heated to 83-88°C.

Temperature boost
If you like your coffee drink extra hot, boost the milk temperature. Press and hold the mode selector to activate high-temperature mode. This increases the foam temperature by approximately 10°C, from 62-67°C to 70-75°C.

Easy pouring
The magnetic coil conveniently stays attached to the jug during pouring and can be easily removed from the stainless steel jug with a magnetic spoon.

Easy removal and cleaning of the magnetic whisk
The magnetic whisk sticks to most ordinary stainless steel spoons, allowing you to lift it straight out of the jug and clean it quickly under running water.

Dishwasher-safe
Without guide components, cleaning is easy and hygienic: the milk jug, coil and lid can be cleaned under running water or in the dishwasher.

• Special feature: milk is frothed by a magnetic coil without a guide rod or shaft in the stainless steel jug. The coil centres itself and is driven as if by an invisible hand.
• When you pour the finished foam, the coil stays attached to the side of the jug instead of falling into the cup.
• Without guide components, cleaning is very easy. The milk jug, coil and, if necessary, lid can be cleaned under running water or in the dishwasher.
• Suitable for frothing milk of different fat contents or plant-based milk.
