The Moka for induction by Bialetti was born from the continuous search for new materials that take into account the changes and evolutions of tastes and habits in Italian kitchens. The octagonal aluminium pot top represents tradition and continuity with the historic Moka Express, while the steel kettle allows it to be used on induction hobs.
The boiler's two-layer technology combines an outer layer of steel, which allows it to operate on induction plates, with an inner layer of aluminium, which ensures even heat distribution.
The classic aluminum pot top of our Moka for induction ensures that the coffee prepared is just as good as the one from the traditional Moka Express.
